Internal Audit Charter

To support the achievement of the Company’s objectives and to ensure that Tugu Insurance’s business activities are conducted effectively, in compliance with regulations, and on a sustainable basis, the Board of Directors has established the Internal Audit Group with the approval of the Board of Commissioners. The Head of Internal Audit (Internal Audit Group Head) is appointed and reports directly to the President Director.

In carrying out its roles and responsibilities, the Internal Audit Group adheres to the Internal Audit Charter, prepared in accordance with OJK Regulation No. 56/POJK.04/2015 on the Establishment and Guidelines for the Preparation of the Internal Audit Charter. The Charter, reviewed periodically, sets out key elements including vision, mission, objectives, scope, core principles, position, independence and objectivity, mandate, and internal audit standards.

The Internal Audit Group is committed to upholding the values of integrity, objectivity, confidentiality, competence, and due professional care in fulfilling its mandate.
